United Bank of India (UBI) Net Banking Process
This article is updated after merger of United Bank of India in Punjab National Bank.
United Bank of India (UBI) has been merged into Punjab National Bank (PNB) and its net banking services are not in use. If you are an existing internet banking user of erstwhile United Bank of India (eUNI); you do not need to register again for Internet Banking services. You can login into Punjab National Bank internet banking by using your existing United Bank of India User ID and Login password.
Remember that your User ID may get changed/updated in this merger (amalgamation) process. If you face any problem in login to your account, follow the process below to know your User ID:
Open PNB internet banking page.
Click on “Retail Internet Banking” link.
Note: Mobile users can click on “Login” button available on Top-Right corner of the website and then click on “Retail Internet Banking” link.
On login page, click on “Know Your User ID” link.
In the next page, fill in your Account number and date of birth (DOB) or PAN number and click on Verify button.
You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number with bank.
Enter the OTP and submit. After successful verification of your OTP, your User ID will be displayed on the Screen by the System.
Now again go to PNB internet banking login page and enter your User ID and login password to access your account details online.
If you had never used net banking facility of erstwhile United Bank of India earlier, now you can register for Punjab National Bank net banking services online and activate your account.

New IFSC/ MICR codes of erstwhile United Bank of India branches
As a merger of United Bank of India into Punjab National Bank, post data migration of your branch, IFSC and MICR code will also change. You should have also received a SMS on your registered mobile number with the bank confirming the same.
However, if you don’t have the details related to the updated IFSC and MICR code, follow the process below:
Open Punjab National Bank website. On the top of the home page, you will find the moving links (marquee) to click and download the file containing old and new IFSC and MICR codes.
Alternatively, you can contact your base branch or call PNB’s Customer Care Helpline No. 1800 180 2222 or 1800 103 2222 to know new IFSC and MICR Code of your Branch.
